The S&P 500 closed above 7,800 for the first time on Tuesday, then fell two straight days to 7,765.36 by Thursday's close.

SpaceX agreed to buy Grain Management's nationwide 800 MHz spectrum, reportedly for about $8 billion, pending FCC approval.
T-Mobile, Verizon, and AT&T each fell about 6% after hours, and T-Mobile had sold those same airwaves to Grain earlier this year.
The FCC also approved Starlink Mobile's Gen2 constellation of 15,000 satellites this week.
